The invention belongs to the technical field of amphibious vehicles, particularly relates to a transmission power take-off system for an amphibious vehicle, is applicable to vehicles which have amphibious functions and require change of power transmission directions due to the fact that space in power cabins is limited and is also applicable to transmission power take-off mechanisms, which require air cooling, of land vehicles. According to the system, the appearance of the whole vehicle is basically not changed, the size of a box in a power cabin is not increased, and no special lubricating and cooling system is added. An oil sump lengthening design is performed on the box; an opening design is performed on mounting vehicle bodies according to the position of a transmission power take-off mechanism, the bulging oil sump in the box is exposed out of the power cabin, vehicle body cover plates are added on the adjacent vehicle bodies, and long holes are formed in the cover plates, so that the box can be cooled by the aid of flowing water when the vehicle runs on the water. Meanwhile, when the vehicle runs on land, the oil sump of the vehicle can be air-cooled by the aid of direct incoming air, so that the vehicle can be better cooled when running on land.
