A voltage conversion control device (60) is used for controlling a voltage converter (10) provided with an upper switching element (Q1) and a lower switching element (Q2), and comprises: a calculation means (614, 615) for calculating a duty ratio (D) so that the output current (IL) of a power storage device arrives at a target value (IL*) and the duty ratio is kept within a predetermined tolerance range; a limit-relaxing means (616) for relaxing the upper limit value and/or the lower limit value of the tolerance range on the basis of the magnitude relationship between a predetermined threshold value and an electric current deviation obtained by subtracting the output current from the target value; and a control means (618) for controlling the upper switching element and the lower switching element so as to control switching in correspondence to the duty ratio calculated by the calculation means.
