The invention discloses macromolecular copolymer tread rubber for preparing an outer tire crown of a wear-resistant and high-temperature-resistant tire. The tread rubber is composed of the components including 30-70wt% of carbon nano-tubes and copolymers, namely a copolymer with the molecular weight of 8*10<4>-5*10<5>, a copolymer with the molecular weight of 4*10<5>-1*10<6> and the carbon nano-tubes under the condition of nitrogen, argon or helium with the temperature of 60-150 DEG C. The macromolecular copolymer tread rubber prepared by using the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the strength of the obtained rubber product is ensured, the wear life of the rubber product is prolonged, the wetland holding force, processing operability and breaking strength of the tread are ensured, and the operability of the macromolecular copolymer tread rubber in processing operation of grinding and rolling, pressing out, mixing mills, kneading machines and the like is also ensured.
