The invention discloses a heavy three-way pipe hoisting device which comprises a lifting mechanism and an embedded hoisting mechanism, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting disk and a lifting straight rod perpendicularly fixed together with the lifting disk; the lifting disk is a circular disk; a hanging ring for fixing a steel wire rope is arranged at the upper end of the lifting straight rod; the embedded hoisting mechanism comprises a fixing seat and arc-shaped stretching claws fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the fixing seat through hinge shafts; the arc-shaped stretching claws are concave arcs; the lifting disk is positioned on the fixing seat and is arranged between the two opposite arc-shaped stretching claws; a through hole, through which the steel wire rope passes, is formed in the fixing seat. According to the heavy type three-way pipe hoisting device, the front end of the embedded type hoisting mechanism extends into a perpendicular pipe orifice of a three-way pipe, and then the steel wire rope is used for lifting up the lifting straight rod to drive the lifting disk to rise up; by virtue of upward movement of the lifting disk, the arc-shaped stretching claws are driven to be unfolded; furthermore, the upward movement distance of the lifting disk is larger, and the unfolding angles of the arc-shaped stretching claws are larger; the unfolded arc-shaped stretching claws can be very effectively clamped in the three-way pipe, so that locked lifting is realized.
