The invention belongs to an airplane riveting assembly technology, and relates to an assembling method for an airplane composite part with an interchangeability requirement. The assembling method is characterized in that digitalized measurement of coordinate values is adopted to assist an inspection tool in adjusting fixed portions on the composite part, so that the position requirement of interchangeability intersection points of the composite part is met; interchanged portions on the large composite part are adjusted to meet the requirement of a drawing through digitalized measurement of the coordinate values; a digitalized measurement technology is combined with a simulated tool of an airplane body so as to conduct positioning on the theoretic position of the relative position relation between the fixed portions and the interchanged positions of the composite part. According to the assembling method for the airplane composite part with the interchangeability requirement, fixed parts on a composite material are adjusted through a digitalized measurement method, and the key problems that positioning control over the intersection points is difficult, and the interchangeability requirement cannot be easily met are solved.
