The invention discloses an automatic window opening and alarm system when water goes into a car. The automatic window opening and alarm system comprises a storage battery, multiple water level switches, a normally-open relay, multiple car window lifting motors, an alarm buzzer, multiple car window normally-open relays and a car window control module, wherein the water level switches are parallelly connected, the car window lifting motors are parallelly connected, the storage battery, the normally-open relay, the water level switches, the car window lifting motors, the car window normally-open relays and the car window control module are sequentially, electrically and serially connected, and the alarm buzzer is parallelly connected with the car window lifting motors. By the automatic window opening and alarm system, car windows can be automatically opened timely, and people in the car can escape from the car timely.
