The invention provides a hollow reinforcing rib non-pneumatic tire. The hollow reinforcing rib non-pneumatic tire comprises an outer tire, wherein the outer tire consists of a tire body, a buffer layer, a tire tread, a tire side and a tire bead; the inner side of the tire body is provided with more than two reinforcing ribs which are made from rubber which is the same as the tire body. The hollow reinforcing rib non-pneumatic tire comprises the outer tire, is simple, reasonable and compact in structure, and is suitable for tires of a bicycle, a tricycle and a trolley, and does not need to inflate while the performances of comfort, shock absorption and the like of the traditional pneumatic tire are kept, and a person does not need to worry about air leakage of a vehicle tire, so that the vehicle tire keeps the excellent shock absorption performance, and riding becomes relatively convenient, comfortable and safe; the hollow reinforcing rib non-pneumatic tire is the first choice of a tire product of a city bicycle and a public bicycle.
