The present invention discloses a novel infrared remote control receiving circuit of a smart traffic light system. The present invention mainly provides an infrared remote control receiving circuit for an infrared receiving system of a module detecting a traffic flow of the smart traffic light at an intersection of roads. The novel infrared remote control receiving circuit of the smart traffic light system mainly consists of a single-chip microcomputer controller, an infrared receiving control chip, a demodulation module and a triode inverting amplifier. The infrared receiving and demodulation module BA5302 receives an infrared signal from an emitter; after amplified and demodulated by an internal integrated circuit, a coded pulse signal is output by an output end; after the inverting amplification of the triode V, the signal is sent to a D1 end of the BA5204, and decoded by the BA5204. The novel infrared remote control receiving circuit of the smart traffic light system of the present invention has a simple structure, works stably, and controls accurately, thus can be widely applied to various infrared receiving circuits detecting the traffic flow.
