The invention relates to a ship alarm system based on a running speed and a driver fatigue state. The ship alarm system comprises a transducer assembly, a ranging sensor assembly, ship speed detection equipment, control equipment and driver state detection equipment, wherein the control equipment is connected with the transducer assembly, the ranging sensor assembly, the ship speed detection equipment and the driver state detection equipment respectively and is used for controlling the level of accuracy of measurement of the transducer assembly based on a ship running speed output from the ship speed detection equipment, determining whether to alarm the ship running speed or not based on measurement results of the transducer assembly and the ranging sensor assembly and determining whether to alarm the driver fatigue state or not based on a detection result of the driver state detection equipment. Through the ship alarm system, the safety of running of a ship is improved, the occurrence of ship body collision accidents is avoided, the economic loss of ship operators is reduced, staff on the ship is protected from injury, and goods on the ship are protected from damage.
