The invention relates to an electric hoist speed reducing machine, which comprises a box body, a box cover, an input shaft and an output shaft, wherein the box cover is encapsulated on the outer wall of the left end of the box body, the input shaft and the output shaft are connected onto the outer wall of the right end of the box body in a penetrating way, the output shaft is a hollow shaft, and is coaxially connected onto the input shaft in a sleeving way with a gap, the input shaft passes through the outer wall of the right end of the box body and is supported on the inner wall of the box cover through a bearing, the right end of the input shaft is supported in the output shaft through a bearing, the two ends of the output shaft are respectively supported on the outer walls of the two ends of the box body through bearings, a framework sealing ring and/or a stifling cover for encapsulating the bearings are/is respectively arranged between the right end of the input shaft and the right end of the output shaft as well as between the output shaft and the outer wall of the right end of the box body, an input shaft gear is in transmission with a gear speed reduction transmission mechanism arranged in the box cover, the gear speed reduction transmission mechanism is in transmission connection fixation with an output gear connected onto the output shaft in a sleeving way, and output screw threads or output key slots are arranged on the outer circumference of the output shaft extending out of the outer wall of the right end of the box body.
