The invention discloses a pressure-proofing base of a railway vehicle. The pressure-proofing base of the railway vehicle comprises a bottom frame, fixing frames, wheels, axles, an upper vibration absorber and a lower vibration absorber; a plurality of fixing frames are oppositely uniformly arranged at two sides of the bottom frame; the wheels are connected to the fixing frames through the axles; vibration absorbing devices are arranged at two sides of the fixing frames, comprising the upper vibration absorber and the lower vibration absorber. According to the pressure-proofing base of the railway vehicle, the individual vibration absorber is replaced by two vibration absorbers, namely, the upper vibration absorber and the lower vibration absorber which act synchronously; the lower vibration absorber is downwards arranged at the edge of one side of the upper vibration absorber, close to the axle; the top end of the upper vibration absorber is fixedly connected with the bottom frame; the bottom end of the lower vibration absorber is fixedly connected with the fixing frames; the pressure borne by the base is shared by the upper vibration absorber and the lower vibration absorber, and therefore, the bearing capacity of the base is improved; in addition, good vibration absorbing effect can be maintained while bearing heavy goods.
