The invention belongs to the field of energy sources and power, and discloses a novel vehicle power/cold and heat energy supply system and a working method of the novel vehicle power/cold and heat energy supply system. The working method is characterized by comprising the steps that a first heat exchanger (7) of the waste heat bottom circulation recycles waste heat of high-temperature flue gas (6) of the top circulation of an internal combustion engine, a second heat exchanger (9) recycles waste heat of a low-temperature cooling agent (5), an absorption condenser (20) can also recycle low-temperature cold energy of liquefied natural gas (1), and the low-temperature cold energy is converted into mechanical energy through a second turbine (28). In the winter mode, heat is supplied to a vehicle through a heat supply tuyere (26); in the summer mode, the vehicle is refrigerated through a cold wind tuyere (27). The system scheme adopts non-azeotropic mixing media (10) to recycle waste heat and waste cold energy of a vehicle engine (3) in a stepwise mode, various energy requirements of the vehicle are met, the advantage of the high utilization rate of the whole energy is achieved, and the novel vehicle power/cold and heat energy supply system is suitable for energy conservation and emission reduction transformation of existing vehicle energy supply systems.
