The invention discloses a winch overhead anchor pulley hoisting system in an underground cavern. A winch is arranged on the factory building ground of an underground factory building cavern, an overhead anchor is arranged at the top of the underground factory building cavern, and a fixed pulley block is arranged on the overhead anchor; and a plurality of movable pulley blocks are arranged on a steel gate, and after a steel wire rope of the winch bypasses through the fixed pulley block and the movable pulley block, the end and head of the steel wire rope are fixedly connected with each other. A simulated hoisting method comprises the following steps: establishing a three-dimensional model; then setting the constraint among all transmission parts by using ordinary mechanical simulation software; setting coupling conditions among all transmission parts and moving parts to replace the flexible connection of the steel wire rope; and adding the quality attribute of each component of an assembly body to obtain physical parameters and motion parameters of each component so as to achieve the simulated hoisting of the winch overhead anchor pulley hoisting system by virtue of the steps. By adopting the winch overhead anchor pulley hoisting system disclosed by the invention, the hoisting simulation of large-sized structural components can be achieved in the underground factory building cavern with a narrow space; and the actual hoisting time and steps can be obtained according to the simulation time so as to ensure that the overall construction schedule can be precisely controlled.
