The invention discloses a space inflatable structure capable of being unfolded and formed in the reverse direction and cladding, and provides a space inflatable structure capable of being unfolded and formed in the reverse direction and cladding an inverted cone structure. The space inflatable structure comprises a cladding cover body (1), a directional unfolding overturning structure (2, 3) and a directional stretching locking mechanism (4); the cladding cover body (1) is divided into multiple pieces of fans uniformly; mutually-matched zipper tracks are sewed on the line edges of the fan-shaped surfaces; the directional unfolding overturning structure (2, 3) comprises combined rings (3) and tubular inflatable truss structures (2) of which the number is the same to that of the fan-shaped surfaces; the directional unfolding overturning structure (2, 3) forms a U-shaped structure in the generatrix direction of the cone as a whole, and thus the fan-shaped surfaces of the cladding cover body (1) forms a cladding structure. The directional stretching locking mechanism (4) of a tubular structure which is stretched after being inflated, and a zipper head structure is arranged at the top of the directional stretching locking mechanism (4). Compared with the space structure in the traditional form, the space inflatable structure has the advantages of low cost, small volume, light weight and the like.
