The invention provides an agricultural unmanned aircraft. An ultrasonic ranging part and an anti-collision part are installed on an unmanned multi-rotor-wing helicopter, ground-attaching flight of the helicopter and profile modeling of the ground are achieved, materials are prevented from flying apart, working quality is guaranteed, a power output device is arranged, the material spraying speed and the flight speed are synchronous and adjustable, the capacity of a lithium ion battery is increased, air staying time is prolonged, and the agricultural unmanned aircraft is safe, environmentally friendly, simple in operation, and suitable for large-area powder spraying, mist spraying, fertilizing, direct seeding and the like, and is designed according to agricultural technical requirements.
