A safe landing device used when a helicopter breaks down and shuts down at high altitude is composed of a top wing (1) installed above a rotor wing. A parachute is arranged in the top wing; during a normal flight, the top wing rotates along with the rotor wing; when the helicopter breaks down and shuts down, the parachute will be ejected out of the top wing in a second under the action of an ejection cartridge and be opened, and therefore the helicopter lands on the ground slowly. Besides, after the safe landing device is installed on the helicopter, safe landing can be guaranteed when the helicopter breaks down and shuts down at high altitude, lift force of the helicopter can also be increased, a burden on the rotor wing is reduced, energy consumption of the helicopter is reduced, discharge of carbon dioxide is reduced, and the safe landing device benefits the nation and the people.
