A ground effect flying pesticide sprayer comprises a fuselage, wings, a pesticide spraying device and a control system. The lower part of the fuselage is provided with a hover skirt. The upper part of the fuselage comprises a front part, a middle part and a tail part. The front part or the middle part or the rear part is provided with a hover fan, a hover engine connected with the hover fan and a flow channel used for guiding the wind force of the hover fan. The middle part is provided with a cabin. The tail part is provided with a propulsion engine, a duct propulsion propeller connected with the propulsion engine and an empennage in sequence. The wings are arranged on the two sides of the middle part or the rear part of the fuselage. The pesticide spraying device comprises a control device, a pesticide box, a pesticide spraying pump, spray rods and spray heads, wherein the control device is arranged in the cabin, the pesticide box and the pesticide spraying pump are arranged on the rear part of the fuselage, the spray rods are arranged on the wings and the lower part of the fuselage, and the spray heads are mounted on the spray rods. The control system is arranged in the cabin and is connected with and controls the hover engine, the propulsion engine and the control device of the pesticide spraying device. According to the ground effect flying pesticide sprayer, the load capacity and the cruising ability of an aircraft can be improved, and the problems of drifting and the like in the pesticide spraying process can be effectively reduced.
