The invention discloses a wave-resisting type offshore mobile platform. The wave-resisting type offshore mobile platform comprises a boat body, a plurality of self-balancing mobile devices are arranged in the boat body, and each self-balancing mobile device comprises a balance propelling unit, a steering unit and a driving unit, wherein the balance propelling unit is arranged outside the boat body, is partly immersed below the sea level and used for providing buoyancy support for the boat body, carries out self-balancing motion in waves by adjusting the structure of itself and propels the boat body to advance; the steering unit is arranged in the boat body, is movably connected with the balance propelling unit and is used for adjusting the direction position of the balance propelling unit in a steering mode; the driving unit is arranged in the boat body, is in transmission connection with the steering unit and is used for driving the steering unit to rotate. The stable moving effect of the mobile platform in the waves is achieved, and the boat body can run in all directions, and the platform is high in wave-resisting stability and excellent in anti-swaying effect.
