The invention provides a hydro-electric integrated type car suspension impedance control device which comprises a motor cylinder barrel, a motor working cavity, a rotor shaft, a supporting end face, an inner cylinder barrel working cavity, an inner cylinder barrel end face and an outer cylinder barrel end face. An upper lifting lug is arranged on the upper portion of the motor cylinder barrel. The lower portion of the outer cylinder barrel end face is connected with a lower lifting lug. A motor stator with windings distributed evenly is arranged in the radial direction of the inner side wall of the motor cylinder barrel. The windings are connected with an outer end control circuit. The lower end of the motor cylinder barrel is fixedly connected with the supporting end face with a hole. Sealing devices which can be compressed or stretched in the axial direction are arranged between the supporting end face and the inner cylinder barrel end face and between the supporting end face and the outer cylinder barrel end face. One end of the rotor shaft extends to the upper portion of the motor working cavity, and the other end of the rotor shaft is fixedly connected with the inner cylinder barrel end face through the supporting end face. A rotor magnetic pole and a rotor magnet yoke are arranged on the rotor shaft. According to the impedance control device, by changing the impedance of an outer end load circuit, high-order impedance expression of any form can be achieved, great dynamic property is achieved, the principle is simple, and the structure performance is stable.
