The invention discloses a connecting method of a damping spring. The connecting method of the damping spring comprises the following steps that a lower pulling arm base is connected with a lower pulling arm in a matched mode, installing holes are matched with a connecting column of the lower pulling arm, the damping spring is directly installed on a spring base, a fixed column is located on the inner side of the spring, a connecting rod used for connecting with a main body is installed on an automobile chassis, and one end of the connecting rod is matched with a hollow cavity of the main body and extends into the hollow cavity of the main body; a regulating rod used for connecting with the automobile chassis is installed in a sliding groove, and a positioning screw in a positioning hole fixes the connecting rod to prevent the connecting rod from waggling; when the height of the automobile chassis is regulated, the main body changes while the height of the chassis is regulated to a suitable position, and then levelness of the integral main body is regulated by the regulating rod, the regulating rod is tightly locked after the regulating is well finished, and a locknut penetrates through the positioning hole to fix the connecting rod. The connecting method of the damping spring is simple in structure, low in cost and convenient to assemble and disassemble; the replacement of the damping spring can be avoided while the automobile chassis is convenient to regulate, and the practicability is high.
