The invention discloses a welding-free different-thickness spun wheel. The welding-free different-thickness spun wheel is formed by spokes and a rim. The spokes and the rim form the integral wheel of an integrated structure and are integrally formed in a spun mode, and an outwards-convex convex edge is arranged on the outer wall of the integral wheel. According to the welding-free different-thickness spun wheel, the integrally-formed product without an assembling joint face and welding joint fillers is adopted, the spokes and the rim of the wheel are machined through one blank material, and therefore the integral material performance is coincident; in addition, the whole wheel formed by the spokes and the rim does not have any assembling joint face, any welding line and any welding material filler, and therefore thickness changes and the whole transition surface between the spokes and the rim are continuous, smooth and attractive.
