In a configuration in which there is provided a projecting part projecting toward a second member from a bonding surface of a first member in order to bond the first member and the second member with a bonding agent, the bonding agent is kept from deforming regardless of the direction in which a load is applied, so that the first member and the second member are kept in a stably bonded state. A vehicle sheet (S) having a first member (X1) and a second member (X2) bonded by a bonding agent, wherein a projecting part (Xa) projecting from a bonding surface (Sc) of the first member (X1) toward the second member (X2) is provided accommodated within the inner side of an outer edge of the bonding surface (Sc) from one projecting-direction end of the projecting parts (Xa) to the other end, and a bonding agent layer (Gl) formed by the bonding agent interposed between the first member (X1) and the second member (X2) surrounds the projecting part (Xa) while in contact with the external peripheral surface of the projecting part (Xa).
