The invention discloses an urban traffic information real-time query system based on a cloud storage platform. The urban traffic information real-time query system comprises a plurality of query host computers, a plurality of traffic information query devices arranged in multiple vehicle cabs respectively, and a traffic information integrated monitoring device which monitors the traffic information of multiple crossroads needing to be monitored in an urban area. The query host computers and an upper monitoring computer communicate in a two-way mode. The traffic information integrated monitoring device comprises a plurality of traffic monitoring devices which are arranged at multiple crossroads needing to be monitored respectively, a cloud storage platform which stores information collected by the traffic monitoring devices, and the upper monitoring computer arranged in a monitoring room of a traffic management department. The traffic monitoring devices and the cloud storage platform communicate in a wireless communication mode. The cloud storage platform is a distributed computing and processing server cluster. The urban traffic information real-time query system has the advantages of simple circuit, reasonable design, convenient operation, and good use effect, and can be used to conveniently and comprehensively query the current traffic situation of each road in a city.
