The invention discloses a central air-conditioner system of a passenger liner. The central air-conditioner system comprises a fan coil and further comprises a water source heat pump type water chilling unit. The water source heat pump type water chilling unit comprises a compressor and a condenser. A water inlet of the water source heat pump type water chilling unit is connected with a water source, and a water outlet of the water source heat pump type water chilling unit is connected with the fan coil. An inlet of the compressor is connected with the water source. An outlet of the compressor is directly connected with the fan coil or connected with the fan coil through the condenser. According to the central air-conditioner system of the passenger liner, cold air or warm air is conveyed into a ship compartment through the fan coil, air is heated or cooled through the water source heat pump type water chilling unit, the water source heat pump type water chilling unit comprises the compressor and the condenser, the compressor is used for acting on air, and the condenser is used for heat radiation. During heating in winter, heating power of the water source is directly used for heat exchange and provided for the fan coil; during refrigeration in summer, cold air is supplied to the fan coil through the compressor and the condenser.
