The invention relates to a bending-sustaining joint (100) and an aircraft comprising the bending-sustaining joint. The bending-sustaining joint comprises a main body (110), a sleeve (130) and a bolt component (120), wherein the main body (110) is attached to a support structure (3); a first end (110A) of the main body has a first hole (112); the first hole comprises an internal thread part (1121) and a non-thread part (1122); the sleeve comprises a fit part (132) capable of fitting the non-thread part of the first hole, and a bearing part (134) for supporting a supported component (10); the sleeve further comprises a through hole (131); the bolt component comprises a thread section (121), and a bolt head (123) the end surface of the sleeve; and the thread section of the bolt component can penetrate through the through hole of the sleeve, and can be screwed into the internal thread part (1121) of the first hole so as to fasten the sleeve (130) onto the main body (110).
