The invention relates to the technical field of hydraulic systems, in particular to a hydraulic balance hoisting device which is simple in structure, capable of conveniently achieving balance hoisting, high in stability and capable of improving efficiency. The hydraulic balance hoisting device comprises a support, through holes are formed in the support, a hydraulic cylinder is arranged in the through holes, the bottom of a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder extends out of the through holes, the bottom of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with a hoisting plate through a pin shaft, and connection clamping plates are symmetrically fixed on the two sides of the hoisting plate.
