The invention provides a novel detection small unmanned airship. The novel detection small unmanned airship is characterized in that a machine body is formed by a support and an air bag; an auxiliary air bag is arranged in the air bag; a propelling device is installed at the tail; an empennage is installed at the tail. The novel detection small unmanned airship has the advantages that a required signal receiving device is installed on the support in the machine body of the airship so that the height, the heading route and the like of the airship can be controlled by a control chamber. A recessed region is designed at the bottom of the airship and used for installation of a video camera, and the video camera is protected by the airship to a certain degree. By the utilization of the airship, a control region can be monitored and detected efficiently and safely with low cost.
