The invention discloses a high-speed motor train unit, a motor train body and an end door installation structure. The end door installation structure comprises the following parts of an aluminum alloy installation seat, a rigid threaded part and a positioning part. The aluminum alloy installation seat is used for fixedly connecting with an end wall of the motor train body; the rigid threaded part is provided with an internal threaded hole with an internal threaded portion, and the internal threaded portion is used for being fixed to an external threaded portion of a bolt used for fixing an end door in a matched mode; the positioning part is used for fixing the rigid threaded part on the aluminum alloy installation seat, and the positioning part is detachably connected with the aluminum alloy installation seat; when internal threads of the rigid threaded part fixing the bolt or a screw is invalid due to long-term usage, the connection between the rigid threaded part and the aluminum alloy installation seat can be relieved through disassembling the positioning part, and therefore the invalid threaded part can be disassembled to be replaced by a new threaded part. In this way, the connection structure (welding) between the aluminum alloy installation seat and the end wall does not need to be broken, and the replacement of the invalid threaded part can be achieved directly; not only is the protection of the end wall structure facilitated, but also the replacing efficiency of the threaded part can be improved.
