The invention discloses an automobile engine starting method and system based on a mobile intelligent terminal. Firstly, an engine control chip is arranged on an automobile; a mobile phone is arranged on an automobile steering wheel; through the mobile phone, information of the automobile reaching destination is obtained, and destination information is sent to the engine control chip; finally, whether the destination information is valid or not is judged, if the destination information is valid, an engine is started, and if the destination information is invalid, the engine stops being started. Through application of the Internet of Things, a dedicated chip is bonded (non-disassembling) with the automobile engine, the mobile phone is integrated on the steering wheel, and based on the wireless communication mode, the engine chip is controlled through the mobile phone. Effective destinations are input to the mobile phone, the engine begins to work, otherwise, the engine does not work. Meanwhile, running data and a historical route of various automobiles are analyzed, the dispatching and running efficiency of the automobile is improved, and the forceful reference basis is provided for handling of traffic sudden events.
