The invention provides a vehicle-mounted wind driven generator, in particular to an automatic deformation planar paddle wing horizontal roller wind driven generator with the high speed and power and the low noise. The vehicle-mounted wind driven generator is designed for adapting to high-strength wind energy generated in the vehicle driving process. An eccentric planet kinetic disc set is arranged. Offset differential motion energy generated by synchronous rotation of an eccentric kinetic disc and a main paddle wheel drives a paddle to be deformed regularly. The paddle wing acts with the maximal wind receiving surface and rotates with the minimal surface so as to reduce wind resistance, and then the characteristics of the high rotating speed and power are achieved. A transmission is replaced by belt transmission, rotating parts involved by a draught fan are provided with bearings, and noise is reduced to be minimal. Multiple parts of the draught fan each integrate multiple functions, so that the size is reduced to the maximal degree. A flyweight governor is arranged so as to automatically adjust the opening degree of a wind deflector, and the draught fan is suitable for vehicle driving characteristics. The vehicle-mounted wind driven generator is suitable for saloon cars and buses, on the basis of double-hybrid power, dual reduction can be improved by 20%, and the total dual reduction can reach 60%. On the premise of conditional acceptance, a pure wind power motor vehicle can be assembled, and energy conservation and emission reduction are more practical.
