The invention provides a fast-mounting gearbox lifting appliance. The fast-mounting gearbox lifting appliance comprises a suspension arm, a U-shaped support and a rotating pin, wherein in an X direction, one end of the suspension arm is provided with a press surface which is perpendicular to a Y direction, and a thrust surface which is perpendicularly crossed with the press surface and is perpendicular to the X direction; and the other end of the suspension arm is provided with a lifting mechanism; the U-shaped support is provided with a connecting part, a first wall, a second wall and an interval space positioned between the first wall and the second wall, wherein the connecting part is provided with a lifting pin extending in the X direction, and a circumferential flange is arranged on the lifting pin; the rotating pin penetrates through the first wall, the second wall and the suspension arm so as to enable the suspension arm to rotate in the interval space; in the X direction, the press surface and the lifting mechanism are respectively positioned on two sides of the rotating pin, and the lifting pin extends towards one side of the lifting mechanism. The invention further provides a gearbox lifting mechanism utilizing the fast-mounting gearbox lifting appliance. Through the adoption of the fast-mounting gearbox lifting appliance disclosed by the invention, the upright lifting posture of a gearbox can be kept when the gravity center of the gearbox is positioned backwards, so that the gearbox is convenient to assembly.
