The invention discloses an adjustable oil-pressure disc brake. The adjustable oil-pressure disc brake comprises a brake crank and a gripper connected with the brake crank through an oil-pressure pipe. The adjustable oil-pressure disc brake further comprises an adjustable oil storage groove arranged on the oil-pressure pipe. The adjustable oil-pressure disc brake has the advantages that the problems such as hydraulic oil thermal expansion, brake pad abrasion and oil leakage are controlled through adjusting the adjustable oil storage groove, so that the ideal braking effect is achieved; the assembling requirement of a client for inner routing of an oil-pressure system is met, and the inner routing is convenient to install; the adjustable oil storage groove is convenient to adjust, and tools are basically not needed in the operation; once the adjustable oil storage groove is adjusted according to a personal habit of a user, then adjustment is no longer needed on the oil storage groove, and the good braking effect is maintained for a long time.
