The embodiment of the invention discloses a vehicle-mounted information interaction method, device and system. The method, the device and the system solve the technical problem that in prior art, when a front-mounted mode or a rear-mounted mode is adopted, poor man-machine interaction experience is caused. The method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps that a mobile terminal automatically builds the communication connection relationship with an HUD (head-up-display) in a wireless network communication mode; the mobile terminal obtains interaction information of the HUD; function modules of the mobile terminal correspond to the interaction information one by one.
