The invention provides an electric locomotive contact network voltage detection device. A high-voltage transformer primary side winding high-voltage side is connected with a high-voltage fuse in series and is connected to a contact network through a pantograph type current collector. A network voltage signal switcher is arranged, output signals of the switcher is connected with a traction control system, and input signals of the switcher can be switched between a high-voltage transformer secondary side winding and a main transformer contact network voltage detection secondary side winding. A redundant network voltage detection function is achieved, and locomotive application reliability is improved; when a high-voltage transformer primary side winding breaks down, the winding can be disconnected with the contact network, the safety of the contact network is protected, and serious damage to a fault transformer and influences on other adjacent components caused by instantaneous large current are avoided.
