The invention provides a high-voltage switching-off control method of an automobile. The method includes the steps that when the automobile runs, whether the automobile has a failure is detected; if the failure of a preset type occurs, a battery positive electrode or negative electrode disconnection instruction is sent; a battery management system disconnects a high-voltage bus from the positive electrode or negative electrode of a power battery immediately and sends feedback information to a complete automobile controller; if the complete automobile controller receives the feedback information within preset time or the preset time is over, whether a switching-off request of the automobile is detected is further detected; if yes, the battery management system disconnects the high-voltage bus from the positive electrode or negative electrode of the power battery to complete rapid high-voltage switching-off of the automobile. The method has the function of achieving rapid switching-off of the automobile; when the automobile has the critical failure, high voltage can be rapidly switched off so as to guarantee safety of passengers and the automobile, so that the safety performance of the automobile is improved. The invention further provides a high-voltage switching-off control system of the automobile and the automobile with the high-voltage switching-off control system.
