The invention discloses a surpass relay electrically driven vehicle and a driving systems of the vehicle, wherein each driving system relays to drive in the speed high efficiency zone; the driving systems not only can drive independently but also can drive jointly. The surpass relay electrically driven vehicle has the advantages of complementary characteristics and high efficiency relay running; each drive system can relay to work according to vehicle speed and load, the energy consumption and emission are reduced by mainly improving the average driving efficiency of driving systems and vehicle in the speed high efficiency zone; compared with the central driven pure electric vehicle, the purpose of reducing the design requirement of a motor based on the realizing of high efficiency driving is achieved; compared with an internal combustion engine vehicle in the prior art, the uneconomical working conditions at idle speed and low speed of the engine are avoided by electric driving and fast start and stop at low speed, and the working condition of the engine is adjusted further to achieve the optimal economical running area by the driving power assisting of the motor to the engine and the rest power generation, and therefore the efficiency of the engine driving system is optimized furthest.
