An electromagnetic shielding tube (3) is configured as follows: a resin inner layer (11) is formed as the innermost layer; a resin outer layer (15) is formed as the outermost layer; and a metal metal-layer (13) is formed between the inner layer (11) and the outer layer (15). The bonding strength between the outer layer (15) and the metal layer (13) is preferably made weaker with respect to the bonding strength between the inner layer (11) and the metal layer (13). For example, while an adhesive layer is provided between the inner layer (11) and the metal layer (13), without providing an adhesive layer or the like between the outer layer (15) and the metal layer (13), the outer layer (15) can be directly extrusion coated onto the metal layer (13). Thereby, removal of only the outer layer (15) can be easily performed, and when removing the outer layer (15), the stripping off of the metal layer (13) along with the outer layer (15) and the tearing of the metal layer can be prevented. Therefore, when using the present invention as a shielding cable, connecting with a terminal (7) and the like can be easily performed.
