A hydraulic propeller tilting rotor aircraft comprising a hydraulic propeller tilting rotor, the hydraulic propeller tilting rotor comprising a hydraulic motor (H-2) and a propeller (H-1); a propeller tilting intermediate beam supported by a bearing (H-5) within a bearing block fixedly connected to a rotor body beam (H-4) is fixedly connected to propeller tilting cantilevered beams (H-3); a left propeller tilting cantilevered beam on the left side of the tilting rotor body and a right propeller tilting cantilevered beam on the right side of the tilting rotor body are supported by the propeller tilting intermediate beam and are bilaterally symmetrically arranged; the propeller tilting cantilevered beams are fixedly connected to both the inner and outer ends of a front motor-connecting plate (H-2.1) of a motor and a rear motor-connecting plate (H-2.7) on the hydraulic propeller motor; the frame on a tilting rotor (H-7) and the propeller tilting cantilevered beam are fixedly connected to form an integral part. Provided is a low cost means of safe and efficient air transport.
