The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted power source management system which comprises a first-level low_v and a second-level low_v which are arranged in parallel. The first-level low_v comprises a power source monitoring module and a sampling module. The power source monitoring module for monitoring the voltage change of a power source is connected to the power source and outputs signals to the sampling module. The sampling module outputs sampling signals to an MCU. The second-level low_v comprises a voltage division module, a comparison module and a detection module. The voltage division module for detecting the voltage change of the power source is connected to the power source. The power source voltage is output to the comparison module after passing through the voltage division module. The comparison module outputs comparison signals to the detection module, and the detection module outputs signals to the MCU. The vehicle-mounted power source management system has the advantages that by the adoption of the two levels of low_v, power consumption of the system can be lowered, the system is made to be in a critical state, unit control is conducted on partial unit circuits in batches, power consumption is lowered, and the instable work brought by sudden turn-off or turn-on of the system is relieved.
