The invention relates to an intelligent traffic implementation method which is characterized by comprising the following steps: after a driver enters an intelligent vehicle which is provided with a vehicle-mounted navigator, inputting a destination into the navigator through a vehicle-mounted information screen, automatically transmitting the destination to an information service platform through a GPRS by the intelligent vehicle, transmitting the vehicle information to a traffic management and control system through the Internet by the information service platform, further transmitting route and road condition information back to the information service platform through cloud computing by the traffic management and control system according to the position and the road condition situation of the vehicle, transmitting an optimal route and road condition information to the display screen of the intelligent vehicle through the GPRS by the information service platform, and driving according to the display screen of the intelligent vehicle by the driver, thereby achieving real-time route planning. By adopting the intelligent traffic implementation method, real-time route planning can be achieved according to the position information of the intelligent vehicle, the on/off frequency of traffic lights is automatically adjusted according to the number of vehicles, the driving normalization of the vehicles can be tracked in the whole process, driving violation of the vehicles is reduced, and the investment of road infrastructure such as cameras and radar is reduced.
