The invention relates to a viaduct ramp intelligent inducing control method and device based on array radars. The viaduct ramp intelligent inducing control method comprises the following steps that multiple array radar detection devices are installed on a viaduct, and an entrance ramp inducing screen and an exit ramp inducing screen are arranged in front of an entrance ramp and an exit entrance ramp of the viaduct respectively; real-time traffic parameter information of a road section in a detection area is obtained; the average traffic flow density parameter of the road section in the detection area is calculated, and the real-time traffic operation index of the road section in the detection area is extracted based on a density-operation index model; the average traffic operation index of the entrance ramp and the average traffic operation index of the exit ramp are calculated; the traffic operation state grade of each ramp is determined, an intelligent traffic inducing model is established, and intelligent traffic inducing decisions are displayed in real time by the entrance ramp inducing screen and the exit ramp inducing screen. By the adoption of the viaduct ramp intelligent inducing control method and device, the accuracy of viaduct traffic event detection and the traffic flow operation efficiency can be improved.
