The invention discloses a rubber composition for manufacturing the treads of loading radial tires. The rubber composition is characterized by comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of emulsion polymerized butadiene styrene rubber, 10-25 parts of polybutadiene rubber, 10-20 parts of environment-friendly aromatic hydrocarbon oil, 10-20 parts of H-resin, 3-8 parts of high-dispersion white carbon black, 5-10 parts of cis-butadiene rubber, 3-5 parts of protective wax, 2-5 parts of an inorganic foaming agent, 1-5 parts of an activating agent, and 1-5 parts of a hardening agent. The rubber composition disclosed by the invention is good in wet-skid resistance, good in bulging resistance and high in wetland gripping force, and provides balanced performances of wetland gripping force, rolling resistance and wear resistance for loading radial tires; besides, the rubber composition disclosed by the invention can improve the wear resistance, the tear resistance and the chunking resistance of the treads of the tires.
