The invention discloses a double-cavity explosion-proof frequency converter control cabinet. The double-cavity explosion-proof frequency converter control cabinet comprises a bottom support, wherein a left box body and a right box body are mounted on the bottom support; a left front door is mounted on the left box body and a right front door is mounted on the right box body; a right side plate of the left box body and a left side plate of the right box body are flange discs and the flange discs are fixed by bolts; and an unlocking mechanism with a simple structure is mounted between the left front door and the right front door. The double-cavity explosion-proof frequency converter control cabinet has the beneficial effects that a shell of the control cabinet is provided with a left cavity and a right cavity; the control cabinet has two cavities so that the machining is convenient; the two cavities are machined and then are assembled by a bolt from the shell of the control cabinet; a frequency converter is arranged in one shell so that the device has a small volume and is easy to arrange; the unlocking mechanism is mounted between the left front door and the right front door, so that the left front door can be opened by the unlocking mechanism only if the right front door is opened; and particularly, the left front door is a strong current chamber which is more necessary, so that an explosion accident, caused by the fact that the strong current chamber is opened when the power is not off, is prevented.
