The invention discloses a chain ring blowout preventer lifting and transferring device. The device comprises a guide rail, travelling trolleys, a reduction gearbox, a motor, wheels, a ring chain hoist, a hooking rack, a connecting shaft, a control cabinet, a chain box, a control pipeline and a power pipeline. The device is characterized in that front and rear two travelling trolleys are arranged on the ring chain hoist, and are connected with the ring chain hoist by virtue of the connecting shaft; wheels are arranged on the inner sides of the travelling trolleys, and are suspended over the guide rail; and the ring chain hoist is of a steel plate welded integral structure, and joint bearings and safety lugs are arranged at two ends of the ring chain hoist. The ring chain blowout preventer lifting and transferring device has the advantages of compact structure, good no-voltage brake performance, strong corrosion resistance, flexible operation, large lifting force and stable operation.
