The invention discloses a lifting tool for lifting strip steel. The lifting tool mainly comprises a horizontal lifting frame, wherein a lifting ring is arranged in the middle of the horizontal lifting frame; downward lifting hooks which are bent inwards are connected to two sides of the lifting frame respectively; the relative distance between the lifting hooks can be relatively regulated; a horizontal connecting arm connected to the horizontal lifting frame is arranged at the upper end of each lifting hook; each horizontal connecting arm is connected with a hook rod which transversely stretches inwards through a downward connecting rod so as to form the corresponding lifting hook; horizontal connecting embedded grooves are formed below two sides of the horizontal lifting frame respectively; each horizontal connecting arm is embedded to any one adjustable position in the corresponding horizontal connecting embedded groove from bottom to top, passes through a pin hole which is transversely formed, and is transversely fixed on the horizontal lifting frame through a pin shaft. The lifting tool has the characteristics of being simple in structure, convenient to use and operate, and capable of adapting to lifting of steel strips with different specifications and widths, thereby reducing the lifting cost.
