The invention relates to an offshore three-wing-surface type B ground-effect wing ship, aiming at improving the sea-keeping performance of the ground-effect wing ship, the rigidity and strength of wings, and the working reliability under the condition of marine salt mist. The ground-effect wing ship consists of a streamlined ship body with main fault terrace and second fault terrace sliding surfaces, ground-effect wings arranged at the lower part of the ship body, a power device which is formed by a screw propeller and an engine, a main wing which contains ailerons and is arranged above the ship body, a vertical tail surface with a rudder and a horizontal tail surface with an elevating rudder. By virtue of a series of comprehensive improvement on the aspects of overall arrangement, aerodynamic and hydrodynamic performance and structural strength and rigidity of the ground-effect wing ship, the marine application reliability of the power device and the like, the ground-effect wing ship disclosed by the invention has higher taking-off and landing sea-keeping performance and marine working reliability than that of various existing marine ground-effect wing ships with the same water discharge quantity. In addition, according to the offshore three-wing-surface type B ground-effect wing ship, the aspect ratio and the power device are also optimized.
