The invention relates to a compound power helicopter. An output shaft of an internal combustion engine directly drives a horizontal rotor wing to rotate in the horizontal direction so as to generate an ascending lift force which is adjusted by controlling the rotating speed of the internal combustion engine; a motor generator is connected in series between the internal combustion engine and the rotor wing, and the motor generator controlled by a battery pack and an electric generation controller is used as a motor or an engine; electronic speed regulators and three phase brushless motors are fixed on a tail rod of the compound power helicopter, and a tail rotor which vertically rotates is mounted on the three phase brushless motors to generate a corresponding thrust so as to balance a reverse torque generated by the horizontal rotor wings; four horizontally rotating balancing rotor wings are further used on the compound power helicopter for controlling the flying attitude; four electric rotor wings are respectively driven by the three phase brushless motors which are respectively controlled by the electric rotor wings and are uniformly controlled by a flight controller.
