The invention discloses a multi-balloon liftoff machine with helium balloons and a liftoff method. The multi-balloon liftoff machine comprises the multiple helium balloons, a hanging basket and hoists. The helium balloons are used for providing lifting power, the hanging basket is used for carrying people or goods, the hoists are fixed to the ground, the multiple helium balloons are respectively fixedly connected with the hanging basket by balloon tying ropes, and the hanging basket is fixedly connected with the hoists by collecting and releasing ropes. The multi-balloon liftoff machine with the helium balloons and the liftoff method have the advantages that the hanging basket which is tied with the multiple helium balloons can be collected and released by the aid of the hoists, helium is stable in property, the multiple balloons are filled with the helium, and influence of damage to a few balloons on the safety of the multi-balloon liftoff machine can be prevented; the hoists work after passengers or the goods are loaded in the liftoff machine, the ropes can be extended, the helium balloons can drive the hanging basket via the balloon tying ropes to lift off, accordingly, tour and sightseeing can be carried out, or the goods can be transported; the long ropes can be pulled back by the aid of the hoists when the multi-balloon liftoff machine is about to descend, so that the hanging basket can be collected; the multi-balloon liftoff machine is reliable in performance and safe in use, and obvious technical promotion effects can be realized for liftoff machine markets in China.
