The invention provides a mute military airship manufacturing process. The mute military airship manufacturing process is characterized by including the following steps: (1), pasting a layer of concave-convex oxford fabric around a sounding side of an airship; (2), covering vacuum glass around the sounding side of the airship to prevent transmission of noise; (3), increasing butyl-based sealant between the oxford fabric and the vacuum glass to realize bilayer sealing. The mute military airship manufacturing process has the advantages that glass used in the process is the vacuum glass, and air among glass layers is sucked away completely to form vacuum, so that heat and noise cannot circulate; the concave-convex oxford fabric is pasted around the sounding side to prevent refraction of sound, and the butyl-based sealant is utilized for bilayer sealing, so that service life is prolonged. By the mute military airship manufacturing process, noise is prevented effectively, service life is prolonged, convenience is brought to the airship for secrete military activities like military reconnaissance and high-altitude prewarning, and the airship can be avoided being attacked by enemies.
