The invention discloses an adjustable air grid structure for a ship ventilation duct and belongs to the technical field of ship accessories. The adjustable air grid structure is characterized in that the ship ventilation duct can be opened or closed permanently; the self-locking effect is excellent; the control requirement can be met in ventilation quantity; mutual restriction locking can be reflected.
